The inaugural Pacific Bridge Trade & Freight Summit concluded in Nadi, bringing together exporters and buyer delegations from Fiji, Naoero , Kiribati, the Marshall Islands and the Federated States of Micronesia, together with freight and airline partners, to lay the foundations for a stronger and more reliable Pacific trade route.
Presented by Naoero Airlines, the summit combined market briefings, direct buyer-exporter matchmaking, and a logistics workshop covering freight consolidation, documentation and customs requirements — culminating in a series of expressions of interest and between exporters and buyers across the four island markets.
Naoero Airlines extends its sincere thanks to the dignitaries, exporters and importers who gave their time to attend, and to everyone who contributed thoughtfully to the discussions throughout the day. The openness and energy brought into every session — from the market briefings to the matchmaking meetings — was, in the airline's view, exactly what will make this route succeed.

“This summit gave us something we haven't had before — the chance to sit down directly with buyers from Naoero, Kiribati, the Marshall Islands and the FSM, and actually understand what they need. We're leaving Nadi with real conversations turned into real next steps, and we're excited about what this route means for our business going forward," Pacific Island Development Forum Secretary General, Arpana Pratap said.
The summit also included a Gala Dinner, hosted with the support of the event's sponsor, Frigate Procurement Logistics Services bringing together all four stakeholder groups — exporters, importers, freight partners and dignitaries — in a celebration of Pacific hospitality and partnership.
Naoero Airlines now looks forward to following through on the commitments made in Nadi, supporting exporters and importers as they move from expressions of interest to confirmed shipments, and building toward the next Pacific Bridge and Freight Summit.
